A private dock with a water-powered pontoon lift, two jet-ski lifts, and room in the driveway for the trailer. Four bedrooms, six beds, sleeps 12, eighty feet of west-facing shoreline.
Most lake houses mean hitching up, driving to a public ramp, waiting your turn and parking the rig — then reversing all of it before dinner. Here the boat sleeps where you left it, thirty seconds from the back door.

One frame, straight down: the driveway and trailer at the bottom, the house, the fenced yard running all the way to the water, then the patio, the dock and the lifts. Nothing between the back door and the boat but your own lawn.
Neighboring houses sit close on either side — that's the neighborhood, and it's the reason the boat launch is a short walk rather than a drive.

The backyard between the house and the lake is fully fenced. Getting from the lawn to the water takes two deliberate steps — the yard, then the dock gate. The dock gate does not self-latch, so it's on you to check it behind you.
There are about ten life jackets on site in a range of sizes.
Walleye over 10 lb and smallmouth over 5 lb come out of this lake. Perch school in the fall. You can fish straight off the dock — which is exactly what the kids in the photo at the top of this page are doing.
Grant County posts Washington's highest waterfowl harvest and its top pheasant and quail numbers. The lake house has a second season, and most people don't know about it.
Two kayaks, two inflatable paddleboards and a foam lily pad live here. The sand dunes ORV park is about 20 minutes by road — and reachable by boat.

“If you own a boat, put this house at the top of your list.”
“The dock is very convenient and very easily accessible with the boat launch on the other side of the neighbor.”
“But the showstopper is sunset. The home is flooded with golden light and an unobstructed view of the shimmering lake.”
If your trip depends on a sand swimming beach, we're probably not your house.
I-90 the whole way, which means Snoqualmie Pass. In winter, check the pass before you tow.
No pass. Flat, open highway the whole run.
The driveway holds 8–10 vehicles, or about three truck-and-trailer rigs. Keypad entry from 4pm.
Pontoon on the lift, V-bottom on the buoy, two skis on the lifts, trailer in the driveway. Send us what you're towing and we'll answer honestly — including when the answer is no.
Same route for concert weekends at the Gorge and anything else you'd rather ask a person.
